05 Handover
Full source, logins and documentation, in your name. Launch it yourself, or we launch it silently while you take the call. Afterwards you can hand us the care plan, or take it in-house entirely.
The agency questions.
Will you ever contact our client?
Not unless you ask us to. By default every message goes through you. If you would rather we join a call or handle a technical conversation directly, we do it as a member of your team, introduced by you, using your language.
Whose name is on the work?
Yours. Staging links, documentation, handover notes and any client-facing material carry your branding. We do not put a credit in the footer, we do not add ourselves to the site, and we do not list your client publicly.
How do you price white label work?
Fixed per project, quoted from your brief, so you can mark it up and quote your client with confidence. Regular volume moves you to wholesale rates. There is no membership fee and no minimum.
What if the client changes their mind mid-build?
Changes inside the agreed scope are part of the job. Changes outside it get a written variation with a price, sent to you, before any work happens. You are never surprised by an invoice.
Can you work in our stack?
Usually. WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and plain PHP are home ground. We can also work in a static or headless setup. If you need something we are genuinely not good at, we will say so.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, happily, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours.
