Terms of use
Last updated 26 August 2026.
This website is operated by Directory.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 68 090 816 461), trading as webdesign.style. By using this site you agree to these terms.
The industry designs are demonstrations
The pages in the designs section present fictional businesses created to demonstrate design and layout. The business names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, menus, staff, opening hours, reviews and any other details shown on those pages are illustrative only. They do not describe real businesses, they are not offers, and nothing on them should be relied upon. Enquiry forms on those pages reach us, not a third party business.
Information on this site
Prices, timelines and guidance published here are general information for budgeting. They are not an offer or a quote. Your quote is the document that governs any engagement.
Engagements
Any work we do for you is governed by the written quote and scope you approve. That document sets out deliverables, price, timeline, payment schedule and what is excluded. Where these terms and an approved quote conflict, the quote prevails.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers to that client on final payment, as set out in the relevant quote.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information in any enquiry, to use the forms on this site for genuine enquiries only, and not to send spam, malicious content or abusive material through them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
