The room

A small room that takes itself seriously and nothing else.

Concrete, dark timber and one long hinoki counter. No music you have to talk over, no theatre, no twelve-page menu. Chef works in front of you, the courses arrive when they are ready, and the whole thing runs about ninety minutes.

  • Omakase counter, two sittings nightly
  • A la carte room for walk-ins
  • Sake list of forty, poured by the glass
  • Fully licensed until midnight
